Items purchased from sdmtrade.nl can be returned within 14 days of receipt in most cases. During this period, you can try and assess the products as you would in a physical store. When returning a product, it should be in the same condition as received, without any damage. You are allowed to unpack the products, unless the packaging is sealed. If you choose to return products, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance by sending an email to: info@sdmtrade.nl. Please note that you must ship the products back within 14 days after informing us.
Processing your Return
Once we receive your return shipment, we will assess the returned items and process your refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 10 business days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are your responsibility and amount to €50 for orders from the Netherlands and €70 for orders from Belgium. When returning a new bicycle, in addition to the usual transportation costs, we will also charge €50 for the bicycle assembly.
